FOR INFORMATION.

AGES: Boys &
Girls 8-15
2.
ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be first time
golfers and have never participated in the “Hook-A-Kid on Golf” Program in
previous years.
3.
REGISTRATION: Palm
Bay Residents with proof of residency have priority registration from May 19-31
with Non-Residents beginning registrations on June 2.
Children may only participate in one clinic.
4.
CLINIC DATES: Maximum
of 25 children per clinic, a waiting list will be established on a
first come, first serve basis and will be utilized if slot(s) become available.

TIMES: 9:00 AM. –
12:00 NOON
7.
TRANSPORTATION: Parents
are responsible to provide transportation for their children to and from the
Majors Golf Course to include those children enrolled in Day Camp at the Palm
Bay Community Center.
8.
PROGRAM CRITIERA: Participants
will receive 12 Hours of Instruction; Starter set of clubs with golf bag; collar
shirt; hat and bag tag. Participant must attend all 4 dates to keep the starter set of clubs
& golf bag.
9.
GOLF ATTIRE: Participants
must wear their “Hook-A-Kid on Golf” shirt and hat daily, recommend short
pants along with either golf shoes or tennis shoes – no soccer/football
cleats, boots or dress shoes permitted.
10.
OTHER ITEMS: Recommend
parents provide sunscreen for their children along with water or sport drink.
Water will be on hand for all participants.
