Action Sports in Brevard County?  Are you kidding me?  We are at the center of the East Coast surfing universe with some of the best breaks in Florida and yearly crop of world class competitors coming out of the ESA and NSSA ranks.  With several skateparks in the south Brevard area the growing numbers of children have a choice when they feel the need to express themselves on their boards.  A new BMX track will be open soon in Palm Bay which is something the area has lacked for a long time.  There are a few motocross tracks available nearby to those willing to take a drive out of the county.  There are also many places for local wakeboarders to test their skills and the Central Florida area is one of the best places to learn with many camps open to the public.  Ever see the kiteboarders looking for speed on a windy day on the river just past Valkaria Road?  Stop to take a look next time to see some crazy aerobatics.  Simply put if you are into any of the sports mentioned above, then you have come to the right area.
